They have also faced many injuries from their key players. Newcomers Rasho Nesterovic, Ron Mercer, Hedo Turkoglu, and Robert Horry have been slow to adapt to their new team. San Antonio's scoring is down nearly five points from last year, and poor shooting has been the key factor. <ul>Magic[/list] The Magic are looking to make team history after tying a franchise record of 17 straight losses. They have played lethargic and appear uninterested. They are unable to finish out games and just look terrible. Tmac's scoring average is down about 6 points as well. Key Bench Players: Spurs: Robert Horry Hidayet Turkoglu Ron Mercer Magic: Drew Gooden Donnell Harvey Rod Strickland Keys to the Game Run! Both teams are playing bad and shooting terrible. Running leads to fast break points and easy baskets. Defense. The Magic have played terrible defense and all their opponents have had their way. The Spurs could easily bully their way around the basket against the Magic. My Predictions The Magic will extend their losing streak to 18. I predict a great game by Duncan and him leading his team to victory. Spurs by 13 Look for a recap after the game
Nice preview. I think the Spurs will walk this one, giving them the boost they need to get back on track. Magic will lose by 10 or above.
The way Spurs are playing I wouldn't be surprised to see Magic break their losing streak in this game. You thought your players can't hit shots wait til you see S.A.
They have Duncan though. Duncan single handedly beats the Magic every game it seems. We have noone who can contain Duncan, while they have Bowen, one of the best perimeter defensive players in the league, who can contain Tmac. Gooden and Howard really need to step up. BTW, great preview ice. Very good job.
Orlando's in big trouble with this one. I agree with sportsrock. Duncan will be their biggest headache.
Nice preview Ice (go pickup your avatar by the way) Spurs by double figures, yes they have not been playing well, but playing Orlando should give them a little extra because they know they can grab this one.
Ahh as much as I hate to say this.. Im going with the Magic on this one. I have a good instint they might take this one. I might be wrong. But somethings telling me Tmac wont let them loose tonight.
In order for the Magic to break this losing streak, T-Mac will just have to score 50 or more to beat the Spurs tonight. The Spurs are the World Champs, and with the way they're struggling, I don't think they are that bad of a team to lose to a Magic team that has lost 17 straight.

Magic by 3
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting TimFlem:</div><div class="quote_post">50 points is expected by T-mac and he should be able to get them easily </div> Two words for you Bruce Bowen
Thanks KJ. btw, sports are you doing the next preview? <div class="quote_poster">Quoting TimFlem:</div><div class="quote_post">50 points is expected by T-mac and he should be able to get them easily if he stops passing the ball so much. Magic by 3</div> I second allnet. Bruce Bowen is one of the top defenders and there is no way McGrady will drop 50+ against him. Keep in mind Tmac scored 52 and the Magic still lost. Defense and TEAM offense will lead to a victory. I thought about attending this game holding up a sign saying "We're going for history tonight!" Too bad I have other plans. I'll pass on viewing this game, it will just be another loss.
Or bring paper bags and put them over your head. It's up to you, if you want to do it then you can, if not I will. PM me. No way Tmac will get 50 pts. The Magic don't need Tmac to drop in 50 pts to win. They need him to get his 25-30 and his teammates need to make some shots and play defense. He's not gonna get 50 pts tonight against Bowen. He'll get 35-40 if he's lucky, but he likely will get in the 20-30 range, which means that his teammates need to shoot the ball really well to have a chance. Howard and Gooden are the key to this game, IMO. If they can contain Duncan and Rose on the glass, then we will have a chance for the win. I think Spurs by 5.
Magic WILL win tonight. The Spurs are a sorrier team than the Magic. Tmac always plays good against Bruce Bowen so I expect 40+ points, and another good game from drew gooden(double-double)............... If the Magic dont win I will still keep my faith and I say we win against Dallas toomorrow night. <font color="blue">GO MAGIC!!!!!!!!!</font> btw, nice preview Ice Breaker

We will take over everyone except those dumb Raptor fans. jp all the Raptor fans. I'm predicting 98-92 Spurs.
