    Girardi just gave the latest on Gary Sanchez. A grade one strain of the muscle behind the biceps. Looks to be about a four week injury. Not good but at least it's early and not something much more serious like a tear.

    I remember a line from Tuskegee Airmen "If you don't believe in God you'd best find a damn good substitute" Romine & Higashioka aren't Sanchez but they should sub just fine.
