Ben Sankey has been a star quarterback in a variety of football venues, whether it be the 1999 Aloha Bowl when he led Wake Forest to a victory over Arizona State or playing for the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League. Sankey, though, is mostly known as an arena football legend, and Saturday night he brought his stellar credentials to Stabler Arena for the first time. Sankey didn't disappoint, throwing four touchdown passes to lead the Chicago Slaughter to a 52-27 win over the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks before an announced crowd of 2,130 at Stabler Arena.
