Per today's edition of Kudlow & Co (CNBC), there is alot of oil that seeps into the ocean off Santa Barbara. I believe the figure was that we can get 2 million barrels a year w/o much if any damage. Granted, its not much but every little bit that doesn't come from the Kingdom is a plus.
