    If I understand the gist of this video correctly, the guy has lost a bet to a buddy and his punishment is that he has to get people to sign a petition. The petition is to ask the NFL to make Brett Favre retire because he is getting too old and his O-line can't protect him. Don't take the premise to seriously and you might get a laugh out of it.
