I was in NY on business so we planned ahead to get tickets for the game and to go.

Lou Amundson was the starting PF for the Knicks. The name rung a bell as one of those 10 day contract guys the Bulls love when it fits in their budget.

The Warriors half-assed it most of the game and the Knicks made a strong comeback in Q4. What should have been a 30 point win ended up being a 14 point win, but only after the Knicks cut the lead to 6 and forced Kerr to play his starters through the end of the game.

Ironically, the score was a 14 point victory and the point spread was 14 1/2 points. Makes you go hrmmmm.

What also struck me about the game is the Knicks' GM should be ours and it wouldn't be such a bad thing if the Warriors' coach was our coach.
