I am still unhappy about the result of last night's game. So here I am going to find a scapegoat for tonight's loss.

Stephon Marbury: Didnt have a good shooting night. Actually played like a true point guard, passing the ball, running the offense properly and all that other point guard stuff. In the beginning of the game he made two costly unforced turnovers. One bounced off the back of Nazr's head and the other sailed past TT out of bounds. Needless to say that could have made all the difference. Then again these kinds of things will happen and its unfair to blame Marbury for two turnovers that took place in the very beginning of the game for the loss. But the controversial pass is another matter. Marbury gave the responsibility of shooting the winning to the "struggling"(understatement) TT which ultimately proved to be a bad decision. Marbury was hot at the time so did he just get scared??

Jamal Crawford: Took a few bad shots but some went in. Cant complain. One or two turnovers but that's it. Crawford is cleared.

TT: I dont think I have the energy to deal with him. We all saw that he sucked and missed the winning shot last night when he was wide open. But who's fault is it? TT for missing or Marbury for giving it to TT? TT finally pulled down some rebounds but shot too many times. He could be the scapegoat of the game.

Kurt Thomas: Played a good game but he made a fatal error. After Crawford missed a three to tie the game Kurt pushed off on Dirk to get the rebound and was whistled for the foul which sent Dirk to the free throw line. The Mavericks added two more points to the lead. Points that turned out to be fatal. But besides that play Kurt was solid for the night as always. He is also cleared.

Nazr Mohammed: Shrugs. He didnt do much.

    JYD: Great game from him.

Sweetney: Put up points but didnt get the ball as much as he should have.

Ariza: Didnt play as much as he should have.

Penny: Missed a free throw which could have tied the game. Missed a few more shots after that. I cant really name him the scapegoat.

    Lenny Wilkens: He was outcoached.

After careful diliberation I have decided that the Tribute to H2O scapegoat of the game goes to Lenny Wilkens. This guy is a fool. The game passed him by about a decade ago. He must be fired. Sweetney didnt get a chance to get going in the low post when there wasnt anybody with the possible exception of Bradley who could stop him. The Knicks went through several trips down the floor without a field goal during one stretch when the second unit was in. Instead of Sweetney being fed the second unit blundered around wasting possessions. He didnt adjust to Don Nelson's moves soon enough and didnt call timeouts at the apropriate times. And when the Knicks had their final opprutunity to tie or win the game they worked the ball around the perimeter looking for a three to win instead of looking for a two to win the game. The rule of thumb may be to go for the win when your on the road but this was one occasion when the Knicks should have tied the game and crushed the foe in overtime. But Lenny Wilkens decided to be...Lenny Wilkens. Thanks alot Lenny for the loss. Hope you get fired soon.

I'm sorry but I couldnt just put the game behind me. I needed someone to blame. Now that I've found someone I can move on. Rant over.
