"Dominique Barber will start at free safety in place of Eugene Wilson, who suffered a hamstring injury in Sunday's loss to Dallas. "I'm excited for this and ready to go," Barber said Wednesday. "My dad (former Jets running back Marion Barber) always says, 'You can't be surprised. You've got to be ready.' "This is an opportunity for me, and I'm going to take it in full stride and go with it. I'm going to go out there and be loose. When I'm loose, I can help the other guys get loose." Quarterback Matt Schaub has been sacked 11 times in three games; he was sacked 25 times in 16 games last season. "There's a few of those on me," Schaub said about holding the ball too long. "There are a few times I could've thrown the ball away. "We threw the ball a bunch against Washington, a team that ran a ton of exotic blitzes. We're getting it right. Whatever it takes to win is fine with me." Coach Gary Kubiak said Schaub must remain upright at all costs. "It's nice to have the head coach on your side from that standpoint," Schaub said. "He's played this position in this league. Obviously, this is something we want to do every week." Receiver Andre Johnson is getting treatment on his sprained ankle in an effort to have him ready to play at Oakland." http://www.prosportsdaily.com/comments/schaubs-sack-totals-on-the-rise-415054.html
