Rember people, this is how we matchup against the teams on paper, and how id expect them to play, im aware of all the upsets/let down games/unpredictable losses, etc. this is on paper, i repeat on paper Week 8. Ravens At PHilly-Halloween-Ray Ray will be out for TO, tight defensive game, TO is afraid to go over the middle to begin with but with Ray there, it makes him worse. McCalister shuts him down, and The eagles are forced to beat the ravens with LJ and Pinky/Freddie, cant be done, Reed and Suggs are to good, plus ray against the run, and boulware there to. this D is to good and is way better than our O. However on the other end, our D gives Boller a horrible game he cant get 15 passes off, so Jamal beats us with 150 yards and 2 TDs, giving us our first loss of the year. Ravens-20-Eagles 10. Plus we usually dont do well against AFC teams Week 9-At Pittsburg-This is a good situation for us, we lossed back-to-back games 2x in ARs era, and we are almost perfect on the road. Theres no D to stop TO and McNabb, and is feast, McNabb passes for 300+, TO 140 REC, and 3 TDs, thats basically it, not really a big running game to complement their performances, our D matches up well, especially for Plexiglass Burress who is afraid to go over the middle also, Dawk hits him up real nice. Kearse has a career game, Eagles-27 Pittsburg 14. Week 10-Monday Night at DAllas-AR is also almost perfect on Road games/Primetime games/Divisional games, so why not tonight? Tight boring game down in Big D, much like the GB game last year, its close all 59minutes, and is basically decided when Akers lines up for a 45 Yard kick with 35 seconds left, we have them on almost everyposition, QB, RB, WR, DE, DT. They have us on CB and LB, O-line and S and TE are equal. So at this point we are 9-1 comming home for the REdskins, rember this is based on paper,nothing more nothing less. Barring Injuries or career years by every player on everyroster on everyteam the eagles play, this is were we are on paper.
week 8- fairly close but ravens over power us... and as dawk said... we arent good against the AFC... i say raven over the eagles 23-10 week 9- eagles dont wanna lose 2 in a row so they really come out for the game this time and they succeed...not a blowout, but not to close... sorry SF, 35-10 week 10- possible the toughest of the 3.... even on both sides of the ball and it is close... it gets put into O/Tand about 10 min. in, mcnabb throws a pick. hes basically tackled on the 15... but not many kickers miss a 32 yarder... 27-24 Cowboys Win(horrible...aint it?) so i see us at 8-2 or possibly 7-3 by this point
