Brayden Schenn scored 1:02 into overtime, Alex Pietrangelo had two goals in regulation and the St. Louis Blues came back to beat the New York Rangers 4-3 on Saturday night. But Tarasenko played just 7 minutes, 53 seconds of the first period and left the ice following his last shift of the period with what the team called an upper-body injury.
