According to a letter that Scott Boras sent to the commissioner, Boras would like the world series to be revamped for marketing purposes. It would include:<ul>[*]Changing the series back from 7 games to 9 games how it used to be.[*]The first two games would be played at a neutral site. "to create an atmosphere similar to the National Football League's Super Bowl"[*]Following the first two games would be a break for an "Oscar Style" prsentation show of all the Awards (MVP, RotY, etc)[*]Then the World Series would start up again at the two participants' ball parks.[/list]
9 games is a bit much. No need for the Oscars type of awards presentation. I like the neutral site idea a bit but I think it should be 3/4 games at each team's ballpark and if necessary, game 7/9 at a predetermined neutral site.if that doesnt make sense, it would be... hypothetical 7 games seriesGame 1: BostonGame 2: BostonGame 3: New YorkGame 4: New YorkGame 5: BostonGame 6: New YorkGame 7: Baltimorehypothetical 9 game seriesGame 1: BostonGame 2: BostonGame 3: New YorkGame 4: New YorkGame 5: BostonGame 6: New YorkGame 7: BostonGame 8: New YorkGame 9: Baltimoreor any other variation

Yeah cause the whole All-Star game deciding the home field is stupid. And if it's going to be a championship, each team should get a fair shot at winning the title.
