SCotUSA rules section 4 of voting rights act unconstitutional

    This means that section 5(which says some districts need approval before changing their voting laws) is still constitutional, and section 3 (which says the executive branch must bring cases to prove the district has a history of targeting minority voters) is still constitutional. Section 4 was the part that said XX states in the 1960s are bad and automatically on the list.
