One more game and we're in the Super Bowl. Anyone else in here a big Seahawks fan? Anyone got tickets to the game? Predictions? Thoughts or comments? I'm praying we beat the Panthers... if not I will seriously consider suicide or a mass killing spree.

My pulling for Seattle teams starts and ends with the Sonics. To be honest of all of the remaining teams I think that Seattle has the least chance of winning the Super Bowl. It doesn't happen too often that a team with little success in the postseason can all of a sudden develop the killer instinct to become World Champs. I think that this team has overachieved this year and is pretty solid across the board--but I don't think that they can impose their will on a team like Carolina or a team like Denver/Pittsburgh. Now I'm from Pittsburgh and live just outside of Pittsburgh and I absolutely hate the Steelers--only b/c my pops is from Cleveland and I grew up a Browns fan. So if the Seahawks are fortunate enough to win and play the Steelers I will be pulling for the Waterbirds as hard as anyone. I just don't think that Seattle can stop Delhomme and Smith nor do I think that Hasselback and a banged up Alexander will put up huge numbers against a aggressive Carolina defense. But I haven't seen too many Seahawks or Panthers games so I won't sit here and say that these are expert opinions. Anyway I'm hoping for a Broncos vs. Panthers Super Bowl just b/c I can't readily admit that I want to see the Steelers play one more game. Roethlisberger and Delhomme are the best two quarterbacks in this bunch so if my life depended on it I'd say we'll have a Steeler vs. Panther Super Bowl in which the Panthers are crowned Super Bowl champs.
The Bronco's are going to win the superbowl. I don't like the Bronco's, but i live in Denver now, and everybody is talking about the Bronco's. It really annoys me, so for that reason I expect it to continue, serving the sole purpose to make me miserable. It's Murphy's Law.
Maybe if we win the Super Bowl it will create a chain reaction of all Seattle sports teams playing well and not choking in critical post-season games.
As stated in an earlier post I'd be a dead duck after last week's prediction. Being a home grown inner city native of Pittsburgh I feel it is only right for me to say with pride: <font size="4"><font color="darkblue">GO HAWKS!!!</font></font>
