I tend to agree. I would like to keep Terry because he does have a lot of positives. Players seem to love him, even the ones who do not get minutes. Usually even coaches who are considered a "Player's Coach" wear their welcome out with certain guys. Having said that if he does not hire a defensive guru and lets him change things up he will need to go. Some coaches in the past have done this and succeeded. I believe Hollins did this in Memphis, and I think Doc did it in Boston with Thibs and as I recall Dick Harter bounced around helping teams improve. Terry needs to find one.
This. If Teryr thinks he is a one man band, he needs to get his marching orders for the parade to leave town. If he will compromise and bring in a defensive coach and/or a big man coach, then in my book he is good to go...err I mean stay. .
As for the OP, I think Stotts gets one more year at a bare minimum. If we're in the same boat this time next year, it's off with his head!
He of all people should know a good coaching combo gets the job done like he did next to carlilse when they won the trophy together.
