I'd just like ppl to no that it annoys me that this team sucks so bad, yet they lure so many overrated players with their money.
Well, if you look at the 10 teams that are above the Mariners in payroll, there's quite a few that aren't doing well this year. The Cubs, Yankees, Angels, Dodgers, Braves, Stros, and Giants all really haven't been playing up to their potential. The Mariners have been pretty crappy lately, but I dunno, they have some players I like... Ichiro, Sexson, Johjima.
This thread is stupid. I went to alot of games while in Seattle. Ichiro, Beltre, Jose Lopez, Ibanez, Sexson, that's a very solid core in the beginning of the order. Seattle Mariners 2006 AL West Champions, I GUARNTEE it! :beerchug:

They have those guys including ABeltre, RIbanez who are great hitters but are on this sucky team just for the money. haha me 2. Mariners have 12 teams ahead of them now in TP.Cubs dropped to 10th tho, from 5th. Top 4 remains unchanged.
