Is the problem with West Ham this season, that we have been found out by other clubs and they just know how to deal with us now? On some levels yes, but i think its the attitude of the players, manager and the fans, that have caused the problem, obviously not so much the fans, but their expectation for the new season put pressure onto the club, we expected an easy top half finish, and some people were even eyeing up champions league??!! Also the attitude of Pardew was bad, a fantastic manager who i think was left out to dry by the new owners and getting rid of him was a bad decision, but thats easy for me to say now. The problem with Pardew was that he also felt that we were destined for success, with the arrival of Tevez and Mascherano, all things looked great for West Ham, but as soon as the season started this assumption of success was shown up, we looked like we had no passion, Pardew played people on their history instead of who was playing the best, also it seems to me that pards finds it hard dealing with big name foreigners, so the introduction of the argies, did cause a disruption, without there being confrontation. Lastly, the main problem i feel, was with the players themselves, they played like they were the best players ever to grace the Upton Park pitch. Im not going to pin blame on Reo-Coker, though he was part of it, he, being the captain, took the brunt of the abuse, and so the media targeted him and made him seem as if he was corrupting West Ham single-handedly. All the others players should take a big look at themselves, the only real passion i hav seen from any player, is Benayoun against Fulham, he looked as if he wanted to be a West Ham player, and would rather not play at all than leave West Ham. But since then, i have seen little from him or any other player, ironically, its been Tevez showing the passion that players like Reo, Anton, Zamora etc. should be. The players and the new manager need to pull their finger out....fast!!
