<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">The legend began in mid-December, during an otherwise forgettable night in Orlando.

Before a game against the Magic, Kerry Kittles guzzled a can of Red Bull and it was like he had discovered Dr. Jekyll's secret formula. Mr. Hyde then proceeded to score 22 points, hitting nine of 12 shots, including three huge 3-pointers down the stretch in the fourth quarter.

Logically, any sports nutritionist worth their complex carbohydrates could tell you there was no connection between a 180-pound man making baskets and an 8.3-ounce energy drink he consumed several hours earlier.

Then again, professional athletes have seldom been known to let logic get in the way of something that might have some slim chance of helping them perform better. And, just like that, a fad was born.

"Kerry had a good game, and everybody was asking him if he thought it was the Red Bull," Jason Kidd said. "So he tried to convince everybody they had to drink it." </div>

I gotta try that before my games. Could be unhealthy though.

It's not unhealthy. I always drink red bull before big games. It's all in your mind though. [IMG]

Yeah its all mental. The Key to Kerry Kittles success is when he is aggressive. When Kerry Kittles is willing to pull the triggger on the 23 footers everytime he has the good look, it changes his whole game. Kerry Kittles is a above average shooter from 3pt land but sometimes its like he scared to shoot it. But when he taking the 3 it opens up the floor for him. Guys then start to run out on him at the 3pt arc, which allows him to get a good 1st step to beat them to the basket for layups.

Aggressiveness is the key to Kerry Kittles game. It has always been since he came in the league in '96

Red Balls, Cocaine in a Can!(all you Chapelle's show Fans will know whatI'm talkinag about).

But it sucks that Canada can't have high caffeeine drinks. ie, a dirnk called Bawls, is high in caffeine, it gets me a energy buzz, but it sucks. IT has no where as much as caffeine as it does in the states.

Red Bull I've never tried, but its all in yoiur head.

Oh yea, doenst Red Bull have trace amounts of coke(aine) in it?
