    Yes, I'm getting ahead of myself, but I want to know anyway...

    If the Blazers meet the Spurs in the Conference Finals, do we get HCA?

    Yes, I believe so. Seeding doesn't determine HCA, just who you play.

    Yup, we would get HCA against the Spurs. The division winner tiebreaker is only used for seeding purposes.
