While Boston Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli said Tuesday morning that he plans on making changes to the team during the offseason, the organization and unrestricted free-agent defenseman Dennis Seidenberg have already begun contact talks. Chiarelli and agent J.P. Barry started talking last week, according to Seidenberg, but there's nothing specific at this point. "We'll just have to wait and see for the first offer to come in and go from there," Seidenberg said. Chiarelli gave oft-injured defenseman Andrew Ference a three-year contract extension worth $6.75 million in March. Seidenberg is looking at that signing as a starting point.
