"If you have a great idea, the Cavaliers want to hear it! They also want you to know that no idea is too crazy? so go nuts! Through this program fans can share their thoughts and ideas on how the Cavaliers can create the absolute best fan experience in all of sports. Whether is has to do with the team, the arena, the food, entertainment, or anything fans have on their mind, the Cavaliers want to hear it. "

I plan on asking Gilbert to seriously question Silas's effectiveness as a coach. LeBron stated that he wasnt happy with the losing. Neither are the fans. This is definitly a playoff team and doesn't need some 6-game losing skid to mess up their home-court playoff spot. I also want to see a coach who'll make J-mac play some D

Discuss what you want to see change.

P.S. Why does Silas love Ira Newble's (5.5 ppg, 2.70 rbg) that he has to give him around 24 minutes a game [IMG]

Ira Newble is a great defender, so that is why.

If I were the Cavs, I would trade the draft pick for a proven shooting guard. Perimeter shooting is the Cavs' biggest concern, and drafting a young talent and waiting for him to develop wouldn't suit Lebron's win-now mentality. Silas is a great coach, although it wouldn't hurt to play Eric Snow more. He's more productive than McInnis IMO.
