    Clients already know what search engine optimization is. Customers don't need to know what search engine optimization is for it to work on them.

    Actually a lot of people (prospective clients) know they need something called SEO to improve their site yet have no idea what SEO is.

    I had written a really good-looking resumé for years, but I wanted to try out the new idea in the 80s of a resumé-writing service. She charged me $30 or $35 in 1980s dollars (that was expensive), and I never used the result because it was a downgrade of what I already had.
