Unbelievable... The Brewers haven't made the post season since I was 10 years old. This year, I really thought they had a chance. I have been so excited and optimistic this year. They open September with one of the top records in Baseball and what happens? A complete, total and utter IMPLOSION in September. 4 - 14? Are you KIDDING ME? That loss to the Cubs the other day was just the icing on the cake of fail. Up 6 - 3 in the 9th with 2 outs and you LOSE THE GAME IN 12???? You can tell how bad it was based on the SEVEN HOME RUNS they gave up to the freakin' REDS last night!!!! *sigh* This season is going to hurt for a looooong time...
Putting our rivalry aside, I know how painful it must have been to see it slipping away, and I dont wish that on any fan....its not over though, they could still make the playoffs, and no team wants to face those starters in October....
