After 3 years of this matchup being the highlight of the playoffs, I still get exciting over these two teams facing off.
Starting Lineups Parker Finley Bowen Duncan Oberto And off the bench: Ginobili Thomas Nash Bell Hill Stoudemire O'Neal And off the bench: Barbosa Diaw
I'm thinking Phoenix in 6, barring something crazy happening.
OOOH MAN. Nash just missed that. I can't fucking believe it. He should've had it, he was wide open! ...And this one still isn't over yet! Phoenix, down by 3. They have 3 good 3 point shooters on the court. They also have Hill and Diaw, who can hit a 3 when needed. I'm wondering if SA will foul to get 2 FT's instead of a 3 pointer.
Manu bails San Antonio out at the end of the game. Quite frankly, I was very impressed by how Phoenix played on the road. If it wasn't for that ridiculously improbable Duncan shot Phoenix would have won. I'm glad PHX lost though in this case; the Spurs seem older this year, whereas the Suns have gotten hot at the end of the season.
That was by far one of the best games I've seen (I missed the first three quarters, but 4th to 2OT was intense). The only recent game I can rank next to this is last year's Texas/Oklahoma State 3OT game.

It also doesn't matter if the Spurs are much better than the Suns, one's love for a team is based on more than just that.
Talk about an incredible game. Probably the 2nd best game I've seen this year (next to the double OT Phx vs. NO game). That shot by Duncan was incredible, but I also won't overlook the shot Nash hit. That was an incredibly tough shot and hugely clutch. Also, Pops was brilliant to not call a timeout at the end of the game. It kept Shaq off the court and left the Suns with no one to defend the paint. Another thing, Duncan was amazing as a whole. 40/15 is just a nutty statline, even if it was a little inflated because of the double OT. This series is going to be incredible.
