    1) Are they operating without a budget? Cano and Tanaka needed to be priority 1 & 2. The new $20 million max posting system means Tanaka will basically be a FA and it will take $17-20 million a year to sign him. If they don't get both of those guys it makes the McCann Ellsbury signings that much worse. Those signings ONLY make sense if they are going to hand out $600+ million in contracts this offseason and get Cano back at 2B & Tanaka into the rotation.

    2) Who are our starters? We have Sabathia & Nova 2 huge question marks penciled in at 1 & 2. Kuroda who has faded 2 years in a row down the stretch is likely to be back. They can probably find # 5 starter between Huff, Warren, Pineda, Nuno during ST. However as of now they need 2 reliable SPs.

    3) The backend of the pen? The pen has depth, but how are the 7-8-9 innings going to look? They spoke of bringing in a guy with closing experience to compete with Robertson, that will take more $$$ and has yet to happen.

    4) If Cano walks how does an opening day infield of Teixeira Infante Ryan Johnson look? Exciting stuff.....
