Prosecutor to determine whether to bring chargesAssociated PressMINNEAPOLIS -- Results of the investigation into a boat party involving members of the Minnesota Vikings are now in the hands of a prosecutor, who will consider possible charges.Prosecutor Steve Tallen said that on Wednesday he received an inch-thick file about the Oct. 6 party aboard a pair of charter boats on Lake Minnetonka. The attorney representing the boat owners and crew has said the party included sex acts and other lewd behavior.Tallen is the prosecuting attorney for the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District, which handles non-felony crimes committed on the lake.
