    I like Nick Kristoff and what he writes about. I also think he was sincere about his run for governor.

    I don't really get the hostility in this piece. I don't know if he'd have been a bad governor or a good one, but I don't understand why it's wrong of him to try to run. Or to go back to his old job when the campaign failed.

    Maybe Laura Wagner is jealous of his NYTimes gig?
