I don't know about you Shape, but I liked Shammond. He was instant offense off the bench. Also, he was our LLE, so having him as opposed to getting rid of him wouldn't make much of a difference.

Shamu was decent, but he didn't bring much to this team. He had a lot of success overseas prior to joining the Lakers, so it's a good move for him. His game is more suited for the FIBA rules. The Lakers need to stop bringing in three point specialists and shift to signing players who can have an impact on the defensive end. Shamu was a liability on defense, and wasn't much of a playmaker on offense.
Well, that just increases our need at the point (which is still overshadowed by our need at the 4-5). As said, we need a defensive PG.

I actually like Diener and he could really succeed in the right gameplan. I could see him doing well for a team like Phoenix that uses a run and gun style. He just isn't built for halfcourt play because of his size and defense (or lack thereof).
I liked Shammond wasn't given a chance I think he should of tried with another NBA team. But I guess he liked it at the level where he's the star as if I remember he was MVP in some Euro League? Shammu > Smush
I don't know about you guys, but Shamu was actually better defensively than Smush. Add on that he actually made smart decisions and only shot when he had an open shot, I didn't mind him. Not saying he is the greatest, but he is definitely not the worst.
Eh, not a big deal. I don't really think Shamu was "trash," like Smush or Sasha, but he wasn't anything that great. He looked pretty decent when given the minutes, and I would have loved for us to resign him as a third-string point guard. The guy plays well in limited minutes, works hard, and gives it his all, perfect for a third string point guard IMO.

Mo Williams will be great at the PG position.Well i liked Shamu more than Smush and was a better player. We didn't really lose anything by him leaving but it would of been nice to keep him he played great when given the minutes and in that Game 3 guarded Barbosa great.Better than Smush will ever guard.
