<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Heat coach Pat Riley stopped short of suggesting O'Neal is behind schedule in his rehabilitation from Nov. 19 knee surgery.

But Riley did say there is no longer a specific target date or timetable for O'Neal to return to the lineup.

O'Neal missed his 15th consecutive game Wednesday.

The team originally said he would miss four to six weeks, setting his potential return as early as next week and as late as the first week of January.

''[The four-to-six week estimate] is just sort of normal for you guys [media] to stay off our backs,'' Riley said. ``Until he's 100 percent healthy and he's running hard and jumping around on the floor, I'm not going to mess with it.''</div>

Why doesn't it surprise me to see Shaq behind schedule? He's never been a hard worker, even if it's coming back from injuries. I wonder if he realizes how much his not being there hurts his team?
