www.si.com reports that a lady from Florida reported that Kobe Bryant was groping her at a party at Shaqs house in Orlando. Which means they might call shaq to testify. Man these to already hate one another and now this!! Full Story
doubtfull that O'neal would be testifying to anything beyond "Yes, I had a party, Yes Bryant was there, No I didnt see him grabin on the hoochie" Unless he was the un-named man listed in the story that whitnessed the whole thing go down..but i doubt that would be the case and it not be mentioned in that story.

Man, when I thought Kobe had the case in the clear, some more mess gets thrown at him. This one is just dumb. I mean Kobe admitted that he had sex with the accuser, but what does feeling on a girls booty have to do with someone being raped?
his behaviour around both of the girls were similar with the alleged "groping of the private parts" it plays a role with the jury and stuff, trust me
ill tell u what it has to do with it. It shows a pattern of sexual acts to girls other than his wife(who by the way if this is true he may have to buy her a new ring)
This case is ridiculous to begin with...and it's getting old. I can't believe how the prosecution can keep going with this trial, when it is clear that they are defending a...well...I don't wanna say what I think about her. They just need to take a settlement and move on. As for Shaq, I guess Miami isn't feeding him good...otherwise, he would stop opening his mouth unless it was for a twinkie or some steak and corn.

I have a feeling that Shaq is mad that the attention isnt on him anymore after that trade and the Lakers actually still look decent so he opens his mouth and says some stupid crap like this to be a punk and get some more attention..I doubt he testifies, if he does I will lose all respect for him for not keeping to his own business and trying to ruin another mans life...

Well if Shaq was actually a witness then why not he could know something,I would just hope he would be honest and not try to screw Kobe into going to jail.

You saying that is just as bad as that portion of the people who think they can just buy their way out of anything bad they do. and you have no proof beyond what has been leaked out to the media as to what kind of person she is...she may be what you are thinking she is... but even if she is... doesnt she have the right to be secure in her person? I dont think Shaq should be a witness. Even though it was His party he probably didnt even see it. He couldve but I highly doubt it.
If shaq does testify i believe this will play a big part in this trail. I cant really say i'm sorry for kobe but i can say waht goes around comes around. And to the statement stated earlier trials are usually long man and the more i think about it if the defense is keeping it this long going then it must be something really serious. I mean i believe they must reallly believe or know that they have something here which could mean that kobe is a rapist. Is this what money does too you?

It doesnt matter if she had sex with 40 guys and a donkey at once 20 minutes before... rape is still rape and its illegal. as to wether or not I think Bryant would just grab a girl... why not? Hell..even I have done that in my youth... If I could have done it why couldnt he? Just because he plays a sport for several million dollars per year does not mean he is above reproach. He is still after all is said and done, just a man.
What the heck is Kobe doing, he is gonna ruin his life, but yea I think Shaq will try and crack a joke while he testifies, assuming he does testify. I hope Kobe didn't do it, but looks like his wife will have two 3 million dollar rings in her collection.
