The 2013 South Division Champion Jacksonville Sharks continued to build depth in the trenches on Friday, announcing that offensive lineman Ayo Ademiluyi has been assigned to the team's roster on a one-year rookie contract. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed. The 27-year-old Ademiluyi (6'6", 305) is set for his first arena football experience after getting a taste of the National Football League this past season. Ademiluyi participated in the Chicago Bears' minicamp following the 2013 NFL Draft, though he did not sign a contract with the team. Before beginning his professional career, Ademiluyi spent his final two collegiate seasons at Emporia State University, which competes at the NCAA Division II level. He was a fixture along the Hornets' offensive line during the 2009 and 2010 seasons. Prior to his tenure at Emporia State, Ademiluyi spent one year playing football at Royal Holloway University in the United Kingdom. He originally hails from Dartford-Kent in that country.
