<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Wallace is completely deserving. He’s having a terrific year and has really been focused almost every game, more so than at any point I can remember during his Piston career. Add to that the fact that the East doesn’t have a center to back up Dwight Howard and they actually need Wallace from a competitive standpoint. Maybe I have a chip loose where everything Wallace does bugs me, but I’m a little tired of this “I don’t want to go to the game” stuff. If you don’t want to go, fine. Don’t go. But to keep saying that you’d rather stay home, but then show up gets a little tiresome. It’s like having that friend that complains and complains about the plans you’re making, then decides to go, then whines the entire time. There are plenty of NBA players who would love to play in one All-Star game. Let them go and go ahead and stay home with your family. Or just shut up and go play. I almost feel like we have to beg to poor sap to head down to New Orleans to stay in a five-star hotel and play basketball for a few hours. The NBA season is a grind. Everyone needs and deserves a break. So go ahead, take it. Do one or the other. But please don’t complain about going.</div> Source: Detroit Free Press

I don't understand how he was snubbed.
Sheed can be considered the best big man in the league right now. He's just not consistent enough to show that.
