What do oyu think of this rookie, he's the only guy onder coach K to average double numbers! I'm surprised he didint make rookie team, he eads all rookies in rebounding...
He's a real good rebounder but his scoring is the downside of his game at the moment. He is a little bit too inconsistent but he should progress as he keeps playing.
I haven't real been keeping up with him so far this year. I'm assuming he's doing pretty good, though.
I think he is a good defensive prospect, but I don;t think he will do that much offensively in the NBA. He can't shoot, and his post game isn't that good either.

He isn't very involved in our offense, and he really doesn't have much range when he does shoot, and he does turn the ball over quite a bit for the amount of time he gets. After watching every single Hawks game, I can't say he deserved a spot on the Rookie team.
He had 11 points against Memphis... That was a sole bright spot, a career high perhaps. He's got that solid defense down under but he's undersized at 6'9. He's a landlord in college but he's a landlady in the NBA. He's too high for the #5. And I don't really wanna go to that Hawks-passing-PG thing. How I wish the Hawks drafted Foye or Roy and trade one of them to pry a decent second or third year big man.And how I wish Woody knows how to really use him in time. If not, trade him elsewhere.
SHelden is gonna be a really good big man in this league, theres just some things holding him back. Most importantly is him always getting in foul trouble, when he on the court he's very productive, but it's hard for him to stay in, with him always gettingin foul trouble, as he gains more experience and his B-ball I'Q gets higher, that shouldn't be much of a problem. He's a very good rebounder, and while it doesn't show in the stats he's a very good defender. He does have a pretty good jumper for a big man, and he makes his freethrows. He might have been taken to high, some of the player that were projected ahead of him aren't doing that much better.
