A 17-year-old boy is dead and 20 others wounded following a shooting at what appeared to be a street party in a southeast Washington, D.C. neighborhood early Sunday, authorities said. Police were called to the scene around 12:30 a.m. after multiple shooters opened fire into a crowd of people.
