Are you behind Everton's proposed move to a new stadium at Kirkby?

The board announced at the club's AGM last night that they had entered into a three-way partnership with supermarket Tesco and Knowsley Council to investigate the possibility of building a new stadium in Kirkby - four miles outside Liverpool.

Chairman Bill Kenwright is convinced Everton cannot stay at Goodison: "I would love to stay here forever but it is not an financial option for Everton to remain at Goodison Park," he said.

"I have also been told by the council it is absolutely impossible to extend the footprint of the club.

"As a board, we have to make decisions and when we have made a decision we will go to the supporters."

A shareholder at the meeting said it would be like raising a white flag to Liverpool and letting them have the city.

Who do you agree with - the board or the shareholder?

What the shareholder said... i think the REAL question is where can Chelsea move to?? there's NO space to expand on the bridge and there's nowhere in chelsea where we can build a stadium.
