If he wants to sign with them, then of course they should pick him up. What's there to explain when you're talking about having Tim Duncan and Karl Malone on the same team? It's a no brainer.
It would help them tremendously. Nestarovich has been playing abismally as of lately and is alos injured so the Spurs need another good post player. If they did sign Karl they would probably start Duncan at center and Malone at Power Forward. But this won't happen due to Malone's knee problems. His agent has told the press his return is doubtful. I would like to see him get hus ring though.
dont waste your time with Malone... he is a jinx, a curse, whatever you want to call it, hes just bad luck ha spurs should use malik rose much more, let him start and play huge minutes, make him earn that money
I don`t think they really need him, but picking up Malone would be a very nice addition to this team. The Spurs right now are the leading canidates for a ring and thats what Karl is after, a championship. The door is open and I guess we just have to wait for the Mailman to come in...
