I think we should, he will defiently pickup the scoring load, and with all the good FAs getting extensions, our expiring(Eddie Jones) can be delayed for one more year. Maybe a Brian Cardinal+Eddie Jones for Webber type of deal.

Webber in Memphis would be a disaster once Pau returns. Chris Webber would never gladly come off the bench and play behind your star player lol. Plus liek BigMo has constantly mentioned his scoring is incredibly overrated and I doubt he would helpit at all if not hurt it. All he odes is shoot jumpers from 15-20 ft out all day and he only makes 35% of them. the only reason he averaged 20 ppg last season wa sbecause he shot the ball practically every time he got it and demanded for AI to give him a lot of touches.

I don't think the Griz need another power forward. I think that Hakim Warrick is becoming a fantastic player and can play the pf and the sf positions. If the Grizzlies were to make a move, I would trade for Steve Francis or Stephon Marbury because they would shine in Memphis with Pau Gasol's absence. Chucky Atkins and Damon Stoudamire aren't good enough to start on a playoff team. I think that a trade for Starbury or Franchise would really refresh their careers and they could start fresh, and play the role they have played before they came to the Knicks.

This would lower shot attempts for Warrick and Gasol. Webber can be a bi*ch sometimes and whine about not gertting enough touches.

Well, Francis never wanted to be a Grizzly, but Marbury might be interesting, he would actually be perfect for Memphis. Sometimes, we are TOO unselfish, so a ballhog wouldnt hurt.

He's averaging 10 and 8 right now and shooting 38% from the floor. I know the Grizzlies situation is grim but I don't think C-Web will do much to help aside from taking morronic foul line extended shots.

No point in bringing C-Webb to Memphis. He would complain about his touches with Pau there and all he would do is take minutes away from Hakim Warrick (therefore slowing down his development). Also, he has the ugliest contract in the NBA and he's on a major decline. He's a defensive liability, he's more worried about his touches than the good of the team, and like I said he would slow down Warrick's development. No way should Memphis even consider this move.
