<div align="center">Tournament Rules:</div>- The Tournament will be run as a Single Elimination tournament. That means that there will be head-to-head matchups between Participants and the loser of each matchup is Eliminated from the Tounament while the winner moves on to the next round.- The Tournament will be at minimum a 32 person tournament. If there is enough interest it will expand to 64 people. - The Seedings for the tournament will be drawn at Random. Please do not complain about who you are scheduled to face as it will be done at Random.- Each Matchup will be given a theme that will be announced in a new thread in this forum. The Theme can be anything covering the subjects of the NFL and NCAA Division 1 Football. Both members will have One Week to make a Signature from there that meets the particular theme and to send your signature via PM to the designated poster (Will be told who that is in the Theme Topic). Lateness will result in an disqualifcation. There will be no exceptions.- When both members PM their Signatures in, then, there will be a team of 5 Judges who will vote as to which Signature is better. These judges will be qualified in Judgeing Graphics. Their decision will be final, please do not complain if you happen to lose. <div align="center">Signature Rules:</div>- All Signatures Can Not Exceed 468 (W) x 125 (H) Pixels. It may be smaller then that size, but not larger.- The Signature must fit the given theme for that particular round.- All Signatures must contain "NFLCentral" somewhere on it.
