I didn't know where to post this, and i'm sure a lot of you have seen this before. Just something interesting I found. http://whatifsports.com/nba/default.asp
i dont know how they sim the scores and stats, but interesting find by the way, i sim the 2001 lakers and 1998 bulls and lakers beat bulls 4-1 with bulls having the home court advantage. not saying this is totally accurate, but i think the lakers of 2001 would've been unbeatable in a 7 game series

The 01-02 Raptors beat the 01-02 Lakers 98-95 The 05-06 Nets beat the 01-02 Raptors 114-98 vc scores 47 for the nets and the other vc scores 23
The system's not perfect, but it's really fun to play "what if". I did a best of seven series, and the 03-04 Mavs (Nash, Finley, Jamison, Walker, Nowitzki) swept the current 05-06 Mavs (Harris, Terry, Howard, Nowitzki, Diop) and won with a margin of at least 7 points each game.
Lol, thats so much fun, if you press play by play u can see who did what, like it was a real game. I matched up the present heat with the: Spurs the year they won,Lakers the years they had Kareem, Johnson, and Green, and the Bulls when they won with MJ, heat won all. Oh and the present heat with the present Knicks, it was a blowout, 4 games, all heat, all up by 20 or more.
