I agree. Just because the Celtics lost Walker doesn't mean they won't make the playoffs. Pierce can carry the team to a playoff seed. I don't know how they came to the conclusion that the Kings will be 1st, and then go on to beat the Lakers in the WCF.
Sports illustrate never gets anything right the mavs will get the first seed and get smacked around again in the postseason THe Jailblazers an 8 seed.. I dont know about all of that either

The amazing thing about this season is I feel either the Mavs or Wolves will lose in round one this year...As those two teams to me will finish 4 and 5th...Which is a shame as both of those teams are great..while have alot of talent. I see Blazers finishing 6th...If Randolph keeps producing monster games like he has shown in pre-season...
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting King James:</div><div class="quote_post">Like they got smacked around last season right? :thumbsdow</div> WEll they barely beat the blazers.. And they got eliminated in the second round.. Im just sayin this team has no post game and no defense, which is what u need once the playoffs come!! The mavs will win a ton of games, but lose early again, and Pat riley will be the coach in dallas!!!

The Mavs were 2 games away from the NBA Finals last season. Pat Riley is still the acting president of the Miami Heat. 3 strikes, you're OUT!!!

And Riley is going to be there coach? I'll have to second allnet's comment.
I've just noticed..SI's predictions don't include the Bucks...have they folded without telling us all?
