I was so thrilled to get seats 12 rows from the floor last night at the Wachovia Center to see the Sixers take on the Nuggets. We all know how the last match-up between these two teams ended up. It was close and Iverson dropped a game winning shot over Andre Miller in the final seconds.Last night it didn't end so much like that. We held up a 14-point lead throughout the second and third quarter. After that we completely gave up. Iverson led the way with a lot of clutch buckets and was 14-16 from the floor. Hunter and Barnes probably played best behind AI. Can't really say anything good about anyone else.Iguodala was non-existant, Webber was shooting ridiculous shots and blew some free throws we could have used desperately, Salmons still can't play D and Korver went 1 for 12 from downtown.Melo played great and had the game winning lay up with 18 seconds left. Althought it was a good experience that close to the court, still ended up dissapointing. Sixers have dropped 3 straight after what was supposed to be a solid finish after All-Star break.
