Allen Iverson could be traded so the Sixers can acquire another lottery pick. My sources say the Sixers are heavily involved in Iverson trade talks with the Warriors and the Hawks. The deal would almost certainly consist of the lottery pick owned by the Warriors (No. 9) or Hawks (No. 5) and another emerging starter. If the trade is made, the Sixers probably won’t give up their lottery pick (No. 13) and it probably won’t happen prior to the draft. That’s because Philly needs to re-examine who they will workout in the next few days.-collegehoops.netThis could be pretty good...but i don't really wanna see Iverson go away.

I'd only do it if we received some sort of combination including the 5th pick, Childress, JJ, Josh Smith, Al Harrington or Marvin Williams. But the thing is, would Iverson feel better off going to a rebuilding situation in the ATL? I mean, their line-up would look good on paper, depending on who we would get in return, but we all know Iverson will have a say in where he goes if the Sixers decide to trade him. I don't think he views ATL as that much of a better place than Philly... hell, I don't even think he'd consider it slightly better than Philly.
