So each time in the Jazz's past two games that Arroyo has been abruptly benched, the hurt and frustration of suddenly having to sit down have crept into his face like a sponge drawing water. It's a look that suggests anger and sorrow, all at once.
"I like that, to a certain extent," said Jazz coach Jerry Sloan, who has triggered the dental-drill reaction by growing increasingly impatient with his fourth-year point guard. "I want a guy to be unhappy if he's not playing. I just don't want it to be a distraction."</div>

Sounds like Sloan has had just about enough with Arroyo. And I can see why, he doesn't want Arroyo to be the next Stockton, he wants him to be Arroyo in the Jazz offense. He doesn't mind Arroyo shooting, if he is open; but the main thing Sloan is wanting Arroyo to do is move the ball, keep the motion-offense going to throw off the defense. I'm with Sloan when he said that he can't wait for the Arroyo of old.
