Noah wanted closer to $70 million but inclusion of incentives got it done. He always loved the Bulls and wanted to remain in Chicago. http://twitter.com/#!/AlexKennedyNBA/status/26330467222
I'm so glad he's locked in. I've rooted for him since he played at Florida and he's exceeded just about every expectation placed on him.
Would love to see him take another step up this year. Happy to see this. Guy is a hard worker, both in games and practice. Get to a game at the UC early and you'll almost always see Noah working on his game extra- really the only player that consistently does this.
Sam Smith pretty much says (today) that the Bulls have zero chance of getting Melo at this point. The signing of Noah pretty much killed any hope of a deal.
If that really was the hang up -- the inclusion of Noah IN ADDITION TO Deng AND multiple 1sts -- so be it.
