I knew Eddie was hosting but just saw Chappelle, Rock and Tracy Morgan were there too. Fucking missed it.
Great Episode. Eddie rocked it. He truly did save the show back in the day. Glad to see him come back and host.
Just got done watching most of his skits. Looked like Adele singing with a bunch of highschool kids who took choir because there isn't homework. Eddie was fabulous and the Mr Robinson skit was epic. They didn't paint his face for gumby though.
WTF is everyone? This was SNL like it used to be...funny. I wonder if the guys from the monologue didn't have a lot to do with the skits. The stolen TV and amazon stuff seems too gutsy for the SNL I remember from recent years.
It was a great way to end the year and decade. And I think everyone on the cast stepped their game up. Eddie is an SNL legend. I'm sure the competition was tough as everyone wanted to write a skit so they could share the stage with him.
Made me miss Charlie Murphy seeing Dave there with Eddie. Netflix should give Dave and Eddie and Chris 50 billion to do stuff together. Dolemite was well made and entertaining but could have been better. Eddie is a legend that much is sure.
This is literally the first time it has occurred to me were almost done with this decade. Thats nuts...
Yeah, it's a big deal but a bigger deal to you than to me. I've seen quite a few decades come and go. I'll probably go to bed shortly after my last snort of Dom Perignon shortly after midnight. Did you think I was bragging about drinking Dom Perignon? Yep, I was. Shameful, huh. I would ordinarily go and drink some exceedingly expensive cognac just to erase the shame but last night I had a Cuba Libre that was so delicious that I think I'll have another before I dive into my cracked crab. Damn, life is tough, don't know how I get by.
Even just mentioning Eddie Murphy used to be on SNL is a painful reminder that PC and the left have completely killed comedy. Millennials don't even understand what they are missing.
