<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Snyder Confirms Purchase of 3 Radio StationsSaturday, January 21, 2006; Page E10Confirming week-old reports, Redskins owner Daniel Snyder yesterday announced the purchase of three local radio stations that will carry the team's games starting next season.Snyder's new media company, Red Zebra Broadcasting, said it was buying WBPS-FM-94.3, WBZS-FM-92.7 and WKDL-730. The stations will continue to broadcast Spanish-language pop music for the time being, said Bennett Zier, the Clear Channel radio executive Snyder hired last week to run his broadcasting properties. The three stations have relatively weak signals. Snyder has not said how he intends to reach listeners throughout the Washington area, but he could buy another station or ally with a network of local stations to carry Redskins games.-- Paul Farhi</div>ARTICLEI wish he'd buy a station here in Philly so I wouldn't have to pay for Sirius Radio to get game coverage when the games aren't being shown on T.V. Why do u need 3 radio stations to broadcast your game? Snyder is always spending money to try and "force" people to root for his team. He really needs to concentrate on getting more players in there, Washington is on the rise or doesn't he see that?
