Starters are out on D this weekend? Dion? Ricky? Who else?

Mosely tweeted seeing Dion back in late in the game on special teams so he may not be out at all, but Ricky looked like he might be down for a while with a knee... RH was only the starter while Remington was out and thank goodness he's back in good graces.

So maybe none? Of course by policy Oregon isn't shining any light on the health status of it's players

I really hope that AA will realize he's a once in a decade Oline player and make sure next year Mariota isn't touched! He's not seeming to get the DE thing as it appears to me! Thoughts?

Well he's a true freshman so we need to keep that in mind, but I was hoping he would make more of an impact this year.

in HS he was by far the biggest/strongest guy so he could overwhelm most anyone playing either side of the line. At this next level his physical advantages aren't so pronounced and he's going up against guys up to 4 years older. Guys naturally fill out and gain strength in those 18-22 ages and that will benefit Arik. Extra time in practice, in the weight room, and eating right under the direction of Oregon's nutritionist should all pay off too

in general, speed guys seem more able to jump right in and excel then power players like AA. He's been pretty solid as a backup, but I expect him to stay on D and show marked improvement next season.

You'd have to admit Stomp it would be really something to see Long, Grasu and AA all protecting Marcus next year!!!! I was really impressed with Long at the USC game, it's to bad we only have him for 1 year!!!

I'm pretty sure that Arik could excel on either side of the ball but am not pining for him to do what he doesn't want to do. I also happen to be very happy with the current underclassman OLineman... lots of talent there including the Redshirt Freshman who beat out Howie's kid for the starting LT spot

They moved Kyle and he's kicking ass! Mariota has weeks behind him!
