According to what I hear over here, he'll be back on wednesday. They're just resting him. I'm 90% sure he'll play, but i dunno, maybe u shouldn't take my word for it.
I wouldn't count on Shaq playing on wednesday...he needs to be as fresh as possible for the Spurs on friday.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Mel:</div><div class="quote_post">I wouldn't count on Shaq playing on wednesday...he needs to be as fresh as possible for the Spurs on friday.</div> Actually after Kobe's comments about Shaq exaggerating his injuries, Shaq will probably be playing on Wednesday. Even though he shouldn't be.

While Phil Jackson said he couldn't be sure that O'Neal wouldn't sit out another game or two, O'Neal apparently believes the strength will return to his calf, injured during Friday night's game against Chicago. </div> I think it will be a game time decision on whether he plays or not. If Phil and him butt heads over this, who do you think will win?

Knowing Shaq, he'll probably milk it as long as possible.</div>I knew it. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">EL SEGUNDO -- Shaquille O'Neal will rest his sore right calf again tonight but plans to be on the court Friday, when the San Antonio Spurs return to Staples Center for the first time since they eliminated the Lakers in May. O'Neal sat out Tuesday's practice and is officially listed as doubtful for tonight's game against the Washington Wizards. "It's getting a little bit better," said O'Neal, who strained a muscle in the calf during Friday's victory over Chicago. "I'm going to shoot for Friday." The best O'Neal can do now is play 80 games, two shy of his goal, and a bit of a letdown after a summer workout regimen designed to keep him on the court. "I wanted to play all 82. I'm kind of upset," he said. "But I really wouldn't be doing us a service out there limping around. ... It happens. I won't miss more than 50 games."</div> http://www.dailynews.com/Stories/0,1413,20...1790924,00.html
