Ulises Solis took a split decision win over Luis Lazarte to win the IBF light flyweight title on Saturday. Lazarte (48-10-2) took a match last December over Solis (33-2-3) that saw two judges score the fight 113-113 while the third scored it 117-109 in favor of Lazarte.
