At least in Pakistan after they had transmitted images of teenage girls getting lashed the public responded. Here's hoping that there is someone..anyone..left sane in Somalia.
One thing I'll never get is how male dominated some cultures are. A man rapes a girl, and she is the one who is stoned to death. I know that they should know the rules and laws of their culture, but they're still whack as fuck.
