Something interesting I saw on Denver Nuggets web site. They asked this:If the Nuggets needed a last-second shot to win or tie the game, who would you want taking it? Allen Iverson 59% Carmelo Anthony 38% J.R. Smith 3% Other 0% It was even more in AI's favor I think before if I remember right. But I still can't believe all the fans that picked AI over Melo on a Denver site. Because they saw how many game winning shots Melo hit last year.Never thought it be in AI's favor with how Melo did last year with game winning shots just wanna know if others thought the vote would favor Melo like me?
I want Carmelo Anthony taking the last shot 9 times out of 10. Iverson is good, but Carmelo is better.
Iverson might have the better percentage but I would like Carmelo to take the last shot more often than not I mean they even have a commerical of him about taking the last shot. Carmelo has shown to be a clutch player throughout his career not saying Iverson hasn't either but Carmelo has also been playing his best ball of his career.
I would take 'Melo, but if they're focused on both 'Melo and AI, give it to JR. I think he can hit the shot.
I'm assuming most people that voted are just Nuggets fans because of AI so they voted AI. I mean it's clear that Melo is the clutcher player currently. I believe he has the highest % of game winners made in the league.

Not enough to put AI in front of Melo for that reason is what I was saying. And I for one voted for Melo. And the Nuggets fans saw Melo all of last year that is why thought they would be saying Melo cuase even I voted Melo due to how he did last year with game winners.Yes I agree that Melo is at game winners I never said other wise. And still sometimes you rather have someone who can creat a foul better, or has a better chance at the call taking it.He does also I am just saying AI can creat even more due to how long he been playing he can creat stuff Melo might not be able to. AI is GREAT at creating fouls + he is fast. And when you add that since he been in the league the refs might be faster to call a foul if it is close on another player if AI was taking the shot.Like before OT I think Melo took a shot to win vs Blazers he looked like he was fouled. I think if AI would have taking that shot and not even made, but had his finger hit like Melo even with 1.7 sec or w/e left AI would have gotten the foul call.That is all I am saying, but I agree Melo that is why I voted for him. But it's not as clear as some make it sound at all. Who ever can get the better shot of should take it.

You don't know if more Nuggets fan actually think AI is more clutch even after last year Melo. A lot of Nuggets fans might think they are better of having a guy like vetran future hall of famer still is doing his thing at 31 taking the last shot you don't know what everyone thinks or most so stop acting like you do.I voted Melo....... I know that there is no way all them who voted for AI are only AI fans.
